About Us

Personal

Born in San Diego and raised in Kansas, I grew up a farm boy in Waverly, KS. I attended Emporia State University from 1984 - 1989 - Information Systems and Biology Minor, Allen County Community College - Mechanical Engineering, Johnson County Community College - Information Systems Networks. I worked for Sprint as an IT and Business Consultant up to 2002. I have traveled all over the US working various projects from New York City to San Francisco before I finally decided to focus on settling down in Kansas City.

Married my beautiful wife Christie Audano in 1999 and together we have two wonderful children Brooke and Hunter. We currently live in Southern Johnson County where I'm also a Cub Master, Den Leader for a group of 8 boys. Being an Eagle Boy Scout myself, I intend on working with all 8 boys through the ranks. In addition to scouting, I'm also the Watch Dog coordinator for Sunnyside Elementary. Overseeing both scouting and Watch Dogs, it's personally rewarding to give back to the community. Kansas City Chiefs - I'm a Kansas City Chiefs Red Coater and play an active role in all Chiefs events including home games on the field as well as charity events. If you attend a Chiefs game at Arrowhead, look for me in the funnel as the players enter the field just before kickoff.

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within Kansas City and its surrounding areas. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
